McLAREN MERCEDES MP4-27 HAMILTON BRAZILIAN GP
THANK YOU McLAREN MERCEDES
Final Race with McLaren
This is the world’s first 1:43 scale model car to faithfully recreate the McLaren Mercedes machine driven by Lewis Hamilton in his final race with the team at the Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix.
In 2024, Lewis Hamilton announced he would part ways with the “Mercedes family,” with whom he had spent his entire career since childhood. As a tribute to that remarkable journey, we have created this special edition model car featuring the McLaren Mercedes he drove in his final Grand Prix before moving on—fittingly, the very team with which he made his Formula 1 debut.
A Fist Raised in Gratitude
Hamilton secured pole position in qualifying for the Brazilian GP, marking a memorable performance in his last race with McLaren. The model includes a detailed figure of Hamilton raising his fist in celebration at the moment he claimed pole—capturing the spirit of appreciation and triumph in his farewell to McLaren Mercedes.
Five Iconic McLaren Moments
The packaging features five iconic photographs from Hamilton’s time at McLaren, offering a visual retrospective of his achievements with the team:
2007 Australian Grand Prix: First podium in his F1 debut
2007 Canadian Grand Prix: First F1 victory
2008 Brazilian Grand Prix: First Drivers' Championship title
2009 Hungarian Grand Prix: First win in the hybrid era
2012 United States Grand Prix: Final victory with McLaren
